Can anyone explain to me what was supposed to be so horrible about challenging Whitney? She was really sweet when we talked, and the info she shared about Normal-types is going to be useful when I move on. I fail to see what's warning-worthy about that.

Well, souls are reincarnated to Earth in our afterlife too, after a multihundred year break in between, of course. [ hahaha... haha... so your afterlife gets a c+ close enough status, ash. ]

Did those souls come from Earth in the first place, though?

Kinda! Some souls are born in the Afterlife, so they bounce to the human world when they die before returning to the afterlife! Others are born in Earth, so that would be their origin and then they go to the afterlife. But it's generally the same, world of the living to afterlife back to the living and repeat! [ she's not sure how to emphasize it's a cycle but he's technically correct. ]

...I guess that if souls keep switching between realms over and over, coming from a different in the same world means nothing.

Yeah, something like that maybe. I'm not quite sure if I get what you're saying, but that's because the system to me is natural and I get confused by people getting confused by it.

That`s normal. I always find myself surprised when people mention not having space colonies in their worlds.

You guys visit space?! And have colonies there?! What's it like?! Do you still float on everything!? [ Momo's fascinated, and shocked. Part of her wants to vigorously admire, but the other part is really curious how space travel is even possible. ]

Colonies are much like big cities and parks in floating cylinders, so they all have normal artificial gravity. No floating there, sorry. Unless you're working in a production factory, of course.

A production factory? Is it somehow outside the colony grounds? I'd love to float all around the place! That'd be so spectacular! Hehehe! I could bounce without ever really landing! [ yaaaay. ]

No, they're on the colony grounds. But the best ones have equipment that reduce the gravity. Helps reduce costs for large-scale projects.

I'd love to work there but I'm not the most physically able person. I wonder what job I could take up...? Maybe surveyor or measurer or "zero gravity thing getter"! [ she likes the sound of the last one. ]

They need plenty of employees to maintain the machinery and for administrative duties. Though I guess those wouldn't get to visit the zero-G parts of the factory too often.

Oh, that wouldn't be a problem. Just not at work.

Even if you had no other opportunities, there are always tours of the bigger space stations.

No! You can't twirl upside-down in a trampoline! You can't float either!

But you'd definitely get to bounce as much as you want.

That's true! But I could make a trampoline to jump on any time back home, but it's by using a spell hehe. [ Making giant green twinkle stars is seriously the best. ]

A spell? Does it allow you to put it away once you're done with it, too?

Yeah! Of course! It just dissipates eventually on its own if you're too lazy to put the star net away, too.

That could be dangerous, if someone decides to jump on it after you've left to do something else.

Well, even if it can be used as a trampoline, it's can also be used as a safety net so I think it'd be able to sink someone and absorb their force in case they go a little too far. I usually supervise everything when I do this so it's okay!
