12th treasure [video]
[A Luxio can be seen staring out a window, a few metres away. It looks pretty down, even though an Audino is trying to talk to it.]
Does anyone have any ideas how to cheer up a Pokémon who's lost his trainer? Raven's been...
[Gone? Sent home? Split from her team in a manner that might well be permanent?]
...It's been almost a week since she left, and he hasn't eaten a proper meal since then. I'm worried he'll get sick if this keeps going. Think some traveling would help?
[Nothing else he's tried has, and he's starting to run out of ideas.]

[Slowly but surely Crimsone talks back, mostly about their old teammates. Surely they must be somewhere out there too, right?]
...So will I. We may not have known each other much, but she was a familiar face. I'm starting to appreciate those a lot more than usual.
video;
[ Pia doesn't know about the others; there weren't many of them. Melody the Swablu, Corva the Murkrow, a baby Charmander...and the two of them.
She hasn't seen any of them since, until now. ]
I am, as well. Getting to know people here - it's rather nice, I think, although people do leave and arrive with...well, no warning for the former.
video;
[Neither has he. Not that he's really looked at the Pokégear since they were all separated, but his new trainer has, and none of them have ever...]
No warning for the latter, either. Maybe we just haven't figured the potential pattern yet.
video;
[ Pia's trainer checks the gears pretty often, and she hasn't seen hide nor hair of the others. :( ]
Well, people do seem to show up every two weeks, or thereabouts.
video;
[...Maybe she somehow found a way to go home with the others, and forgot the two of them. :(]
Yeah, but even then they're a bit spread out, aren't they? Some of them show up at the beginning of the week, others at the end...
video;
[ Pia doesn't think Raven would have forgotten them. At least...she really hopes not! ]
Yes, you're right. Still, it's at least some kind of benchmark!
video;
[She probably wouldn't have wanted to, but...]
Now we just need to figure out why those weeks in particular.
video;
[ Maybe their companions are just...in the wild! ]
Ah, true! Well, I have no theories as of yet, but...I'll try to think of some!
video;
[...That would be nice. The rest of their team, running around freely...]
Maybe it's some sort of bureaucratic issue. Those can explain a lot of things.
video;
[ Perhaps someday they'll even run across them...! ]
A bureaucratic issue...? Haha, I suppose it could be, although it makes you wonder how much is really known about how we get here by the people of this world.
video;
[A chance meeting, somewhere on the road...!]
The Gym leaders I've met know nothing, and neither do the nurses. But I completely forgot to ask the people in New Bark Town. They see us coming all the time, so they might know more, right?
video;
[ Pia certainly hopes so! ]
Perhaps we should ask one of the new arrivals to cross-question the New Bark natives?
video;
[Maybe even a reunion, if they're lucky!]
We'd have to reach them quickly, before they get thrown out. Or find someone that was here before and knows what's happening.
video;
[ Pia will refuse to believe this is not a thing that will happen. IT WILL HAPPEN. ]
Ah, that's true - I suppose we'll have to ask the next time someone seems to remember?
video;
[...Or else Crimsone will be even more sad.]
Yeah. If we're lucky they'll mention it before they leave the town.
video;
[ ...Pia, too. ]
People normally speak up on the gears before then...at least, in my experience.
video;
[At least they can be sad together.]
If only to complain, true. That'll make things easier.
video;
[ 8C ]
Haha, well, I suppose most people want someone to complain to! It's very reasonable.
video;
[...Yeah, that makes it even more sad.]
This is such a good opportunity, too, with a network connecting hundreds of people over two regions. Not as good as the internet, but it'll do.
video;
[ Aradia's teasing a bit, yes. While Pia is looking a little less perky, she seems willing at least to rely on her new trainer's pep, and the promise of seeing a comrade in person. ]
People are always willing to answer, so...
video;
[Crimsone still looks pretty down, but at least he now has something to look forward to.]
Willing to answer or mock, but sometimes that's enough too.
video;
[ Exactly! Pia is holding on to that, and so should he. ]
Haha, true...I try to help out, but I know that's not the case with everyone.
video;
[Yeah. Besides, after all of this it can only get better.]
At least there are enough genuine answers to offset the mockery. There's no need to completely alienate confused newcomers.
video;
[ Aradia's tone is teasing, and Pia reacts to it by looking over at the trainers she'd been ignoring. Geeze, what are the silly trainers even talking about? :I It doesn't seem to be how lovely she is, so she doesn't really care... ]
I certainly don't think so. Especially since those newcomers might be trapped here with all of us for years at a time.
video;
Since they might be the ones welcoming us if we ever leave and come back, too. That's always a risk.
