So.
I just got around to getting my Pokédex upgraded, and now some of my old data is glitchy and incorrect. Not a lot of it, but still.
Is that known issue? Is there a fix for it?
I mean, it's not that much of a problem, but they should really test those upgrades before distributing them.

What the heck is a fairy type?

Something that's immune to Dragon-types, which is nice.

But my Clefable definitely had no such immunity a few weeks ago, so it shouldn't be considered one. It wasn't considered one, before the update.

Apparently there's several pokemon that are "fairy" type now. including those pokemon with the ribbons.

Brand new fairy species like the ribbon one make sense; the type had to come from somewhere. But why are they suddenly claiming that local species are also part of it?

I don't know. Maybe those Pokemon have a type like that in their region?

Like a Wormadam has different types depending on where it evolved? Maybe they have more dragons over there, so a few species learned to fight back against them.

That would make sense, I guess. Though, why not just have more ice types?

Maybe it's both very hot and filled with dragons.

...A chain of volcanic islands?

....That makes sense. With all the volcanoes, a new type would have to appear to fight the dragons.

Maybe we'll get the chance to ask about the volcanoes sometime.

It's a shame I didn't think about it a few days ago. Those kids from Kalos seemed happy enough to answer our questions, but they've both left by now.

Yeah. I hope we will get the chance to talk to someone form there again soon. They seemed to have something to do with our region.

Maybe at next year's prom, if there's one? Clair does love having special guests, after all.

Never ever? It's more fun than a formal ball, and an excellent opportunity to sneak into that lovely library they have hidden there.

A library, huh? If I can learn anything else about this world, I'll take the chance.

It's a pretty nice one, too, with lots of books we can't find or buy in any cities. The only inconvenient is that they tend to drag us back to the dance floor if we spend too long in there.

I could sneak in, if they end up dragging me out. I'm skilled in that sort of thing.

Join the the club. I think over half the guests end up doing at some point or another during the party.

Seems like it would be hard to sneak in then.

I suppose I could still do that, but maybe there's somewhere else I can sneak into.

Well, that basement was extremely interesting the other day, and usually we can't even see it at all...

Along with those very interesting stones that made Dark Hound very happy.

The rocks? Wait, the Pokémon were interested in them?

maybe they were weird evolution stones.

They were certainly weird, that's for sure. And temporary.
