Am I getting my weeks wrong, or was there a rather suspicious lack of confused calls coming from New Bark Town over the last few days?

Is it that time again?

I'm pretty sure it should have been. I mean, we only had one wave of newcomers this month, and it's almost June.

Perhaps there's simply fewer? It's not impossible that there could be a disproportionate amount who have difficulty in using the pokegear, as well.

"No Technological Knowledge" week? Sounds great. Or maybe they all teamed up together and didn't see the need to ask the rest of us what's going on.

I suppose that's also a possibility.

Which, come to think of it, wouldn't that have necessarily been the case for whoever first arrived here...?

...That's true. Then again, the people who call out to us when they arrive don't necessarily know thay're doing it in the first place. But what made everyone decide to use the network so extensively?

I'm sure the convenience of it has something to do with it, but I do wonder that as well. It's certainly true that there are many here from worlds that use similar things on a regular basis, but that doesn't explain why those who have difficulty learning it also use it so much.

I've never really paid much mind t'when folks roll in. Why, you expectin' somepony?

There's plenty of people I wouldn't mind seeing, but it's more that... I don't know. I guess I've just become used to seeing new people regularly, and this time it didn't happen.

Maybe whatever's bringin' folks here got bored, or somethin'. Maybe we're goin' home soon.

Far be it from me to complain about the possibility of going home, but that sounds way too good to be true.

Yeah, I didn't really believe that either. Still, a gal's gotta keep her hopes up.

I don't know about that, but...my Alakazam has been acting weird lately. He hasn't been sleeping, just looking out the windows and pacing.

...Actually, a lot of my Pokemon have been strange. I took them to Nurse Joy, but she didn't find anything wrong with them.

They've been doing that for a few days, too? That's what's been going on around here.

I think it's just...the Psychic types. My Musharna has been too anxious to eat dreams, even, and he's always been very vigilant in that. [Even if it's not something she asked him to do.]

...Mostly, yeah. I mean, my Metagross has been acting weird and he tends to step on people's flowers when he's distracted, but that's nothing a sincere apology can't cure. And my Girafarig keeps sneaking into my bed at night, but I don't mind.

[Mostly because Hannah isn't waking him up when she does that.]

Then it must be something going on that only Psychics can sense. Hmm...[that's troubling, largely because she used to have such a sensitive sixth sense (as Meisters do) but coming here dampened that.] And you said, if nobody's coming at the "expected" time, what if that means something's going to happen soon?

...Now that you mention it, I'm pretty sure we had one of those weird weekends about a year ago. This might be a warning for the next round.

Kind of strange for there to be hail right now, but I can't claim to know how this world works with its weather. Might have been Pokémon interference.

Probably. I know my Ice-type spent the last week refusing to out because it was too hot, so maybe the wild ones decided to do something about it.

Yeah, my Torkoal wanted to go out, too, but it was way too hot... I would have dehydrated, he probably would have caused a few forest fires.

...Can't he keep his heat inside, somehow? I mean, I only have a Houndoom so I don't have much experience with Fire-types, but Dark Hound couldn't cause a fire unless he actively tried.
