I had to look up what a Porygon is, so it probably goes without saying that I am of no help to you in this instance, but it looks rather interesting. [He kind of wants one too. So digital.] You say that you normally get one by playing a game?

You can trade 9999 coins for it at the Goldenrod Game Corner. The problem is that earning all those coins takes some time, especially if you don't particularly enjoy gambling.

I would imagine so, that's a fairly big number. I take it Porygon is either extremely powerful or extremely rare to go for such a large sum.

...More leaning towards the latter, given your initial statement. Though I suppose it could always be both.

Barring helpful breeders or those mysterious gift eggs, this is supposedly the only way to obtain one. You'd think they could simply copy the code over and over and have thousands, but that's apparently not how it works.

Just going off of what the Pokédex says, I'm somewhat surprised that that isn't the case. The fact that it apparently...breeds just raises even further questions.

Everything breeds, if you have a Ditto. And the rocks have genders, sometimes.
