That's good. At least you both have a reminder of him, and not just some bauble either.

I wouldn't mind a bauble, but having one of his Pokemon does seem better. Teru's alive and can be friends with others, instead of just lying around.

He can also participate in great battles that'll make awesome stories if your friend ever comes back, too.

Got it in one! I don't use weather-based strategies that often. Using Teru makes for a good change of pace.

Castforms are great if you want a bit of sunshine on a rainy day, too.
