[For about a minute, the air is filled with the cries and noises of a small army of Pokémon. Singing birds, chittering rodents, with laughter and crashes mixed in every so often- uh, that sounded like Ember. Oh dear.]

...How do you know you're training too many of these things?

...How cutesy are we talking? I'd like to get as many as possible, but if anyone from my world shows up I'd rather not completely destroy my reputation.

Big-eyed pink puffballs and living eggs. Togepi's final form looks just like a fairy, too, but at least it's not pink.

[Plus, from what he's seen of Bell, they're pretty hardcore.]

Pink and eggs? Guess I could tell my crew they're for my sister. Or use them to kick their asses, depending.

Hey, nobody expects to get whipped by a giant pink fairy. It'd give you an added edge.

I can probably find a way to make even a giant pink fairy look impressive, if I ever need it. ...If I ever have the time to raise one.

Well, I'm pretty sure they can pick up elemental attacks. Just imagine a big, pink creature spewing flames out of its mouth. It'd be so over the top I think there's no other word to describe it besides impressive.

But don't stretch yourself too far. Raising Pokémon is pretty time consuming, after all.

And here I thought the fire-breathing was surprising enough coming from the dog. But yeah, I'll definitely start with these first. A few of them would prefer a bigger share of our training time already.

You think fire breathing dogs are crazy? Pidgey's evolution can pick up a fire attack, which makes even less sense.

But starting small's definitely the best way to go, otherwise you'll probably have to stash some in the PC.

...Really, now. Looks like we just found a new goal for Luster's training.

[In the background, a Pidgey chirps in agreement.]

I already have to, whenever I go train on the road. Is there really no way to take them all along?
